This popular coffee shop is located in the northwest corner of Hudson Gardens at the Mary Carter Greenway Trail entrance.

The Hudson Gardens & Event Center is a not-so-hidden gem conveniently located on the west side of South Santa Fe Drive. We’re across the street from Arapahoe Community College and only a mile from the boutiques and restaurants on West Main Street in charming downtown Littleton!


Parking is always free at Hudson Gardens! If you’re worried about parking at a venue you’ve never visited before, let us put you at ease. Simply copy our address into your preferred directions app, and you’ll find free parking when you arrive. Several surface lots are available on Hudson Gardens’ thirty-acre property. Overflow parking is available across South Sante Fe Drive at Arapahoe Community College. Accessible parking is available in front of the Welcome Center.

For summer concerts and other special events, parking attendants will direct you to the closest available parking spot. During special events, Hudson Gardens also has a designated Uber/Lyft drop-off area conveniently located at our front entrance.


Hudson Gardens has two main entrances: One at the Welcome Center & Gift Shop adjacent to the main parking lot off South Santa Fe Drive and one from the Mary Carter Greenway Trail near Nixon’s Coffee House.
