Love is Evergreen
The Inn at Hudson Gardens & The Inn's Backyard
The ‘Love is Evergreen’ package includes access to a historic log cabin known as The Inn at Hudson Gardens. Original chandeliers and stone fireplaces create a sophisticated, rustic ambiance that is popular all year long. However, The Inn is especially popular for late-summer and early-fall weddings when the garden’s changing colors blend with the pinelog walls. Couples also enjoy The Inn’s Backyard where fresh-cut grass and seasonal flowerbeds are nestled behind mature evergreen trees (popular for Spring and Summer ceremonies).
Two dressing areas, a catering preparation area, tables, chairs, parking, and rehearsal time are included. Linens and tableware are provided by one of Hudson Gardens’ required caterers.

Couples also receive a timeless ceremony site known as the Rose Garden where an alter is surrounded by budding roses and a dramatic fountain.

Love is a Bridge
Welcome Garden Pavilion & Monet's Place
The “Love is a Bridge” package delivers an elegant, open-air structure known as the Welcome Garden Pavilion. Receptions at this venue overlook serene expanses of water known as The Lake and The Wetlands. Couples also enjoy a one-of-a-kind ceremony site known as Monet’s Place in reference to the Claude Monet painting, “Bridge Over a Pond of Water Lilies,” which inspired its design. This stone altar overlooks a bridge and a lake with native and imported water lilies.
Two dressing areas, tables, chairs, parking, rehearsal time, and pedicab service are included. Linens and tableware are provided by one of Hudson Gardens’ required caterers.

Wedding & Reception Pricing
At The Hudson Gardens & Event Center, we use a simple and affordable pricing structure. All three wedding packages are priced the same. Prices vary by day of the week and time of day. Please consult the following table to find the price for a seven-hour-minimum time block on your preferred day of the week. If you want to reserve more time, then simply add the cost for each additional hour.
Please note: This pricing table references the cost of a reception venue, which includes a ceremony site, two dressing areas, tables, chairs, a catering preparation area, parking, and rehearsal time. Please consult our directory of exclusive and recommended vendors for additional services.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
A refundable deposit of $750 is due with a signed contract, and the full balance is due four months prior to the event. For an average reception, we encourage clients to reserve ninety minutes for setup and sixty minutes for breakdown.
“Hudson Gardens was an amazing venue to host our wedding! The staff was very professional and always promptly responded to any questions that we had. We had our wedding at The Inn, and all of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was inside and out. Both The Inn and the surrounding area was stunning for our fall wedding. Thank you Hudson Gardens!” (Sarah D, The Knot)
