A celebration of life is when people come together to honor the unique life of the deceased. To make the planning process as simple as possible, we provide all-inclusive packages. If you would prefer to handle the catering and other arrangements yourself, you can simply rent a venue instead.
We now provide all-inclusive packages so you can easily create a beautiful occasion while focusing on what matters.
Each package includes:
Five hours of access to a reception venue and a ceremony site;
Tables and chairs;
Access to acres of peaceful, landscaped gardens;
Catering and catering staff (choose from a curated menu of small plates, sandwiches, and entrées);
Linen Service (restaurant-quality tablecloths and napkins in a variety of colors).
Optional add-ons include:
Wine, beer, and spirits;
Wireless microphone with a stand, receiver, and speaker.
Pricing for celebration of life packages varies by number of guests, food and beverage selections, and add-ons. You can easily calculate the total price using the online planning form.
To plan your event:
Fill out the online planning form, and a Hudson Gardens representative will promptly confirm the details with you. Please note that we require at least ten days notice for celebration of life packages. Non-Packaged Venue Rental
Patrons can solely rent a venue and arrange food and beverages themselves. However, all events that serve food, wine, beer, or spirts at Hudson Gardens must use one of the six caterers from our list.
Pricing & Amenities
For celebrations of life, we offer our venues at a discounted rate of $300/hour (five-hour minimum). Pricing includes:
Five hours of venue access. Additional venue time is available for $300 per hour;
Tables and chairs;
Access to acres of peaceful, landscaped gardens.
