Races, Retreats, & Other Team-Building Activities

Large events are welcome on our spacious South Lawn!

Friends of AirLife, Colorado Runner, Outlaw Yoga, South Suburban Parks and Recreation, and many other organizations of all sizes choose to host their races/walk-a-thons, retreats, team-building activities, and other large events here. Considering our easy access to the popular Mary Carter Greenway Trail, a grassy south lawn, walking/running trails, outdoor courtyards, and other open spaces, it’s no wonder. We have many locations perfect for yard games and other outdoor activities, as well as a variety of plants and wildlife for scavenger hunts and general sightseeing.

At The Hudson Gardens & Event Center, we use a simple and affordable pricing structure. Prices vary by day of the week. Please consult the following table to find the hourly rate for your preferred date.

Please note: This pricing table references the venue cost, including tables, chairs, and parking. Please consult our directory of exclusive and recommended vendors for additional services.

 

Payment Terms & Conditions:
50% of the rental fee is due with a signed contract. A $500 damage deposit and the full balance are due at least thirty days prior to the event. We encourage clients to reserve adequate time for setup and breakdown.
