Why settle for a hotel conference room when you can have all this and acres more?
At Hudson Gardens, the only limit to your next corporate event is your imagination. With multiple venues and acres of open spaces, we accommodate all types of events for a wide variety of for-profit and non-profit organizations.
We have one indoor venue available for holiday parties: a historic log cabin known as The Inn at Hudson Gardens. November and December evenings at The Inn book fast, so reserve your holiday party early. This cozy venue includes stone fireplaces and decorations hung with care. The outside of The Inn is decorated with lights, and you have the option to purchase discounted tickets for our dazzling extravaganza of holiday lights: A Hudson Christmas!

Meetings, Seminars, & Conferences
Hudson Gardens has highly functional and beautiful venues for meetings of all shapes and sizes. Any one of our three venues can be customized to fit your needs, but The Inn and The Residence Meeting Rooms are popular choices.
For presentations, any of our indoor or open-air venues can be equipped with a video projection screen or mounted screens with HDMI hookups. Complimentary tables and chairs can be arranged for a variety of presentation-style arrangements including ‘classroom,’ ‘theater,’ and ‘cabaret’ setups.
For group discussions, we have multiple venues with large, open seating areas that can be arranged in ‘boardroom,’ ‘U-shape’ and ‘Hollow Square’ styles. For small working groups, we offer two conference rooms with conference phones and a whiteboard.
For coffee breaks and breakout sessions, you’ll have access to thirty acres of gardens, trails, and natural terrain plus access to the Mary Carter Greenway Trail.
Company Picnics & Other Social Occasions
Reward your staff and clients with a scenic garden party outside the office. For your company’s next picnic, we offer open-air venues that allow you to fully appreciate garden views unlike anything else in the Denver metro area. Guests will have plenty of space to mingle and casually admire the Victoria Water Lily Pond, colorful flowerbeds, and a rose garden. Our carefully curated list of caterers will be happy to provide exceptional food, wine, beer, and cocktails.
Races, Retreats, & Other Team-Building Activities
Friends of AirLife, Colorado Runner, Outlaw Yoga, South Suburban Parks and Recreation, and many other organizations of all sizes choose to host their retreats, team-building activities, and public events here. It’s no wonder considering our easy access to the popular Mary Carter Greenway Trail, a grassy south lawn, walking/running trails, outdoor courtyards, and other open spaces. We have many locations perfect for yard games and other outdoor activities as well as a variety of plants and wildlife for scavenger hunts and general sight-seeing.
