Where do I find my ticket?

If you cannot find an email in your inbox, please complete the following steps before reaching out to Hudson Gardens:
- Check your spam/junk inbox
- Log in to your Tixr account at tixr.com
- Read through Tixr’s ticket/order help instructions
- Contact Tixr’s customer support here
Where do I park? Is there a fee to park?
Parking is free. We recommend parking at the ACC Campus (5900 S. Santa Fe) across from the
venue.
Accessible parking is available at Hudson Gardens and provided on a first come, first served basis.
A parking crew member can assist you.
Rideshare and ADA drop off and pickup should enter at West Weaver Ave. by Denver Seminary and
head north on South Vinewood St. Pickup will be located in the front of Hudson Gardens near the
main entrance of the Gift Shop.
Pedicabs will be available for a fee.
What is the schedule for the event?
Gates open at 5:00 pm.
5:00 pm Kids activities will be going and food and beverage will be available for purchase.
6:00 pm The Littleton School of Rock House Band
7:30 pm Super Diamond, The Neil Diamond Tribute
9:00 pm* Fireworks

What food and drinks will be available?
We will have a variety of food trucks and dessert trucks available. Additionally, cocktails and beer
will be will be available for purchase for those 21+.
Can I bring water?
You may bring in one manufacture sealed water bottle per person. We will have water stations and
cups available throughout the event.
Will I be allowed readmission if I leave?
Yes, you may re-enter the venue, but will be subject to bag check.
What size chair can I bring into the venue?
The venue is best suited for camping style lawn chairs. Lawn chairs must not go above the
shoulders of the person sitting in them. The goal is to not block the views of people sitting behind
you. We appreciate your cooperation.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No. We can scan the code on the ticket you received from your Tixr account or from your email
directly on your mobile device
What items are not permitted to bring into the venue?
Food, Alcohol, Soft Drinks, Water Bottles (you may bring in ONE manufacture sealed water bottle
per person), Marijuana, Weapons, Coolers, Glass, Pets (except service animals), Umbrellas
Are children free?
Children under 3 years old are free to enter. Children 3-12 years old are $15.
Are sparklers allowed?
No sparkers, firecrackers, or fireworks of any kind are permitted to be brought into the venue.
How long will the fireworks show last?
The fireworks show is scheduled for approximately 11 minutes long.
What happens if it rains?
The concerts and fireworks are rain or shine. As we do not allow umbrellas into the venue, please
plan accordingly with ponchos, raincoats, and prepare for Colorado’s ever-changing weather.
No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled.
What if there is bad weather in the forecast?
Colorado’s weather can change rapidly. The safety of our patrons, artists, vendors, and staff is of
the utmost importance to us. We work closely with safety personnel to stay up to date with the
forecast. Please follow the The Hudson Gardens & Event Center Facebook page
(facebook.com/HudsonGardensCO) for information on the day of the event. (You do not need an
account to see the information).
Are the kids’ activities free?
Most of the activities in the kids area will be free, but there are some that have a fee.
