Come get rejuvenated on this beautiful October morning as our host Judy Thurman plays therapeutic singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments while you relax in nature.

This form of meditation and relaxation promotes mental clarity, increases focus, and reduces stress and anxiety.

Feel free to bring blankets, pillows, or yoga mats to enhance your comfort as this will be taking place on the Oval lawn.

Since Colorado weather conditions can be variable and because this event takes place in early October, please make sure to bring layers so you are cozy and comfortable.

While this event is free, donations are kindly welcomed!

About Judy Thurman

“My journey into this world began when my body was literally aching for a healthier lifestyle. As I started seeing traditional western medicine practitioners for treatments, I intuitively knew that I wanted to follow a more holistic, gentle approach. This led me to studying ancient Eastern practices where I learned how to balance life force energy in the body through movement, sound, nutrition, acupressure, meditation, and other modalities.

It has now been over 20 years that I’ve been living in my purpose and helping people of all ages around the world heal, learn, and grow. I love guiding people to follow their true nature.”
