During this time of the year there is a plethora of fresh produce in our gardens, our farmer’s markets and our grocery stores. Food eaten in season is always more flavorful and nutritional. In this culinary demonstration, you will learn the different methods to prepare and cook fresh produce to maximize its tastiness. You will leave with recipes that highlight these different methods and help you to put colorful, flavorful and healthy dishes on your table! In addition to going home with a handful of recipes, participants will also receive handouts on knife cuts and cooking methods for veggies. Prefect your roasting, grilling, sautéing and blanching techniques with this interactive and entertaining class.
