On June 26, 2023, Hudson Gardens dedicated “Figure” by Charlotte Zink as its latest addition to Art in the Garden. “Figure” was selected from numerous entries to South Suburban’s “Art on Loan” program, created to promote and highlight local Colorado artists and their work.
Sculptures are displayed in a year-long, outdoor exhibit at either Goodson Recreation Center or Hudson Gardens to enhance the visitor experience and promote community interest in public art. “Figure”, by Charlotte Zink, is a steel sculpture that was crafted in 2006, and stands 81” in height. “Figure” is the collaboration of Charlotte’s fluid sense of design and form and her partner, Ben’s engineering and fabrication of the sculptural concepts and design.
“Figure” is currently on display in front of the Welcome Center/Gift Shop. We invite you to visit Hudson Gardens and enjoy “Figure” and the other sculptures from Colorado artists throughout the Garden.
