In this class, you’ll meet plant allies that ease menstrual discomfort, support fertility, nurture the body through pregnancy and postpartum, and bring balance and vitality during perimenopause and menopause. We’ll explore herbs that calm the nervous system, strengthen digestion, and restore hormonal balance—along with how to prepare them as teas, tinctures, and oxymels.
You’ll also craft and take home a nourishing herbal tea blend to support your own journey.

About the Instructor:
Hello…I am Kirsten Dehmlow. I am a daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. Flowers and herbs have been an interest of mine for as long as I can remember. Everywhere I have lived I have found a plot of dirt to plant. During my first pregnancy I began building my library of books on using herbs. In the summer of 2020 I began my official training to become a community herbalist. I am dedicated to continue growing and learning how herbs heal and provide support physically, emotionally and spiritually.
I have been a childbirth educator for over 15 years and have also worked as a labor doula for many years. I was the Parent Education Coordinator at a hospital in Denver for over 13 years. I love educating and supporting families and am excited to add my knowledge of herbs as a focus of support.
Helping women as they enter and progress through life transitions has been a continual focus in my work. Now I love adding herbs and Maya abdominal therapy as additional nourishing support. I offer one on one consultations, classes and herbal products: teas, tinctures, salves and essential oils.
