Battle Against the Japanese Beetle

There is no doubt that few garden pests along the Front Range match the destructive power of the Japanese beetle. These invasive beetles can decimate your beloved gardens, leaving nothing but skeletonized leaves and weakened plants in their wake. A little knowledge goes a long way in the battle against the beetle. Join Lisa Mason, Horticulture Agent at CSU Extension to learn about the insect's life cycle, landscape plants to avoid, and pollinator-friendly means of control. This session will also include a discussion of new research studies and findings related to this devastating insect.

Class will meet at the Hudson Residence Business Office.

Registration: $10/member, $12/nonmember. Space is limited and advance registration is required.
