Your schedule is already full, and now you’re in charge of organizing that next important meeting. Our all-inclusive packages take the work out of planning and give you all the perks of our beautiful business center. You handle the agenda, and we’ll take care of the rest.

These packages are designed for groups of 25 guests or less. For larger meetings, a Hudson Gardens representative will recommend the optimal venue, and prices may vary.

Planning your next meeting is easy as 1-2-3.

1. Choose your package.

All packages require a three-hour minimum. Premium packages require a minimum of ten meals.

Base Package

$125/hour

Key Features:

  • Tables and chairs (setup included)
  • Coffee
  • Wi-Fi
  • Parking
  • Whiteboard
  • Mounted TV with HDMI hookups

Premium Half-Day Package

$125/hour + $13.50–$15/guest

Includes all of the key features from the base package, plus:

  • A continental breakfast or boxed luncheon or dinner for each participant
  • The breakfast menu costs $13.50/guest, and the lunch/dinner menu costs $15/guest

Premium Full-Day Package

$125/hour + $28.50/guest

Includes all of the key features from the base package, plus:

  • A continental breakfast and a boxed luncheon for each participant
  • A mid-morning beverage service (sparkling and still waters, sodas, and teas)
  • For later meetings, you can substitute the continental breakfast with dinner for a total of $30 per guest

2. Choose your room.

During the Coronavirus pandemic, capacity will change based on the present guidelines for indoor, seated events. Our largest venue can accommodate up to 75 people with 6-ft social distancing. We will recommend a location to accommodate your anticipated guest count and will set up the tables and chairs to allow 6-ft distancing between all parties.

3. Choose your meals (for premium packages)

Meals are provided by the esteemed Rocky Mountain Catering. Lunch and dinner options are subject to change by season and availability. Menus will be confirmed through an online order form after booking your meeting. All food and beverage services will follow the CDC’s recommendations.
