Start your morning off with the relaxing and restorative benefits of a one-hour yoga class surrounded by the natural beauty of Hudson Gardens. Designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus, each class will borrow from the instructor’s experience and may incorporate poses from various Yoga styles. Please bring a mat, towel, and a water bottle and wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Classes will be held outdoors at ‘Monet’s Place’ weather permitting (an alternate indoor location will be provided in the case of inclement weather).
Participants with all levels of experience are invited to attend. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class. Drop-ins welcome.
