Start your morning off with the relaxing and restorative benefits of a one-hour yoga class, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Hudson Gardens. Designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus, each class will borrow from the instructor’s experience and may incorporate poses from various Yoga styles. Participants with all levels of experience are invited to attend.
Classes will be held outdoors at ‘Monet’s Place’ weather permitting (an alternate indoor location will be provided in the case of inclement weather). Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class and bring your own mat.
No walk-in registrations allowed, you must pre-register. Please read our COVID-19 protocols for classes on the main classes/program page.
