Start your morning with the relaxing and restorative benefits of a one-hour yoga class, surrounded by the beauty of Hudson Gardens. Designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus, each class will borrow from the instructor’s experience and may incorporate poses from various yoga styles. Please bring a mat, towel, and water bottle and wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Classes will be held outdoors at ‘Monet’s Place’ weather permitting. Participants with all levels of experience are invited to attend. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to check-in and set up your area.
