Are you new to yoga? Or maybe returning to your practice after a long break? This class will not only (re)introduce proper breath work, but also provide a strong foundation and understanding of the Sun Salutation A. You will learn how to correctly conduct the poses to prevent injury, and how to connect the moves with your breath. Each participant will take home a Sun Salutation handout to continue their practice at home. The session will end with a tea offering.
