We invite you to join us and experience the relaxing and restorative practice of forest bathing (shinrin-yoku). Studies suggest that a regular practice of forest bathing may help to boost the immune system, lower stress hormones, and improve cognitive function. During the walk, you will move slowly through the gardens as you are guided through a series of invitations to mindfully engage your senses for closer connection with the natural world.
Program will meet in front of the Welcome Center at Hudson Gardens. Space is limited to 8 participants, and advance registration is required. No walk-in registrations allowed. Not suitable for children.
