As the largest member of the cat family, tigers are strong and powerful, and unlike any other feline. Tigers are powerful swimmers and have been known to swim great distances to hunt or cross rivers. Young tigers often play in water and adults will lounge in streams or lakes to stay cool during the heat of the day. These are just a few of the discovery’s children will learn while painting a tiger using oil pastels. Participants will receive their own set of oil pastels to continue creating at home. This class combines science with art for an exceptional learning experience.
Due to the level of difficulty in the art project and content that will be shared, participants must be 8 years and older. Parents only need to register and pay for the child(ren) attending the program.
