Join Eat the Frog Fitness to experience the positive benefits of exercising outdoors. This introductory “bootcamp” style class will provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance through a variety of exercises, including but not limited to push-ups, squats, burpees, sit ups, and jogging. Learn basic stretches and develop a routine you can take home. Regular aerobic exercise can help to reduce high blood pressure, hypertension, and combat stress. The class will be led by Eat the Frog Fitness certified trainers in the beauty of Hudson Gardens. No experience or equipment are necessary.
Please bring water, and wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. The program will be held outdoors. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class and bring your own mat if you have one.
