Sound healing is a eastern medicine method used to calm the mind and experience serene relaxation. The vibrating sound will help you reach a deep meditative state that will allow you to open your heart. By using ancient sound healing instruments including crystal quartz bowls, gong and various percussion instruments it balances the flow the energy through the body, mind and spirit. Participants are able to quiet the mind, release stress and build self-awareness. Experience mindfulness with facilitator Lauren Villegas, who works to help individuals who are overworked and stressed manage their health in a more holistic way.
What to bring: yoga mat, blankets, pillow, water, and anything that will make you as comfortable as possible while laying on a wood floor. Dress comfy. This program will be held in front of the fireplace in the Inn. This program is not suitable for children.
