Activate your chakra’s energy flow through this special sound bathing experience with meditation and mindfulness facilitator Lauren Villegas, who helps overworked and stressed individuals manage their stress in a more holistic way.
What to bring: yoga mat, blankets, pillow, water, dress comfy, and anything that will make you comfortable as possible. This program will be held in the Inn (log cabin building). This program is not suitable for children.
