We invite you to join us and experience the relaxing and restorative practice of forest bathing (shinrin-yoku). Studies suggest that a regular practice of forest bathing may boost the immune system, lower stress hormones, and improve cognitive function. During the walk, you will move slowly through the gardens as you are guided through a series of invitations to mindfully engage your senses for closer connection with the natural world.
Program will meet in the Welcome Gardens at Hudson Gardens. Space is limited, and advance registration is recommended. Not suitable for children.
