Q: Will Santa be at the event?
A: Yes! Pictures with Santa will be free and the perfect opportunity for family photos. Check the calendar to find what times Santa will be at Hudson Holidays.
Q: Are tickets timed?
A: Tickets are not timed. Guests can redeem their tickets anytime during event hours on their reserved day (or any one day of their choosing if they purchase FLEX tickets). No re-entry.
Q: When do doors open and close? When do lights turn off?
A: Doors open at 5 PM. Lights are out at 9:30 PM. Tickets can be redeemed from 5-8:45 PM.
Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased online and at the door.
Q: How much do tickets cost?
A: Pricing options:
Flex tickets are only available for purchase Oct. 2-15:
- Adult Flex Tickets: $30
- Senior Flex Tickets (65+): $28
- Child Flex Tickets (ages 3-12): $25 (ages 0-2 FREE)
- Adult Group Flex Tickets (25 people): $26 per person
Reserved tickets are available for purchase starting Oct. 16:
- Adult Tickets: $20
- Senior Tickets (65+): $18
- Child Tickets (ages 3-12): $15 (ages 0-2 FREE)
- Adult Group Tickets (25 people): $16 per person
Q: Is there free event parking?
A: Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at Hudson Gardens. Additional free parking is available nearby, and parking attendants will direct you to the closest spaces. ADA parking is available.
Q: What is the weather policy?
A: All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded regardless of weather, unless the event is cancelled. If an event date is cancelled, guests will be notified via the email used to purchase their tickets, and Hudson Gardens will issue guests an Any Day ticket to redeem on any one night for the remainder of the display.
Q: What items are not allowed?
A: The following items are not permitted:
- Alcohol
- Pets with the exception of documented service animals
- Bicycles, in-line skates, skateboards, scooters, and hoverboards
- Unlawful weapons
- Drones and other remote-controlled flying devices
Q: Is the venue ADA accessible?
A: Yes. The entrances, trails, exits, and restrooms are ADA accessible.
Q: Are wheelchairs or scooters available?
A: Hudson Gardens does not have wheelchairs or scooters available to borrow or rent.
Q: Will there be ADA parking?
A: Yes. Parking attendants on site will direct you to the closest, ADA-accessible parking.
Q: Are there low sensory options?
A: Yes. December 14 and January 11 will be low sensory shows.
Q: Are there senior, military, or group discounts?
A: Senior and military discounts are not available for this event. Group ticket pricing for groups of 25+ is available online.
