As a Rocky Mountain chill settles over Colorado, a new exhibition at the Denver Art Museum will give its visitors a breath of spring. An exhibition of 150 colorful and meticulously detailed paintings of plants from all over the world can be seen in Contemporary Botanical Art: The Shirley Sherwood Collection from November 2, 2002 to January 12, 2003.

The Gardens are open 365 days a year, and, as an added bonus, there is no admission charge from November through April! Garden hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week. Bring your camera and snap away - The Gardens are especially photographic in the winter!
