Diamond is forever! “Surreal Neil” (aka Randy
Cordero) and Super Diamond bring the high energy update of the
guilty pleasures of Neil Diamond music to The Hudson Gardens’ stage!
Capturing the essence of Mr. Jonathan Livingston Seagull himself,
replicating everything from the blinding sequin shirts of '70s era Neil
right down to the most detailed nuances of classic songs such as Cherry,
Cherry, Surreal Neil is not a Neil Diamond impersonator. And Super
Diamond is not a cover band. Super Diamond is six guys
in sequins and funny haircuts providing what they like to call "The
Alternative Neil Diamond Experience."

Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone - Sunday, June 27
|
 |
Peter Noone carried Herman's Hermits through a
string of '60s hits. From the swooning romanticism of There's a Kind of Hush
to the bubblegum bop of Into Something Good to the quirky novelty of I'm Henry the Eighth (I Am), Noone
brings an undeniable charm to songs like Mrs. Brown You've Got a Lovely Daughter.
One of the more innocent bands of the British Invasion, Herman's Hermits
made
contemporary music seem safe with Listen People, Silhouettes, and Wonderful
World. The End of the World remains one of the all- time great
breakup songs, made all the more wrenching by Noone's heartbroken delivery.
Gates open at 5:00 PM. Concert at 6:30 PM.
Adults $22.50. Members $20. Kids (3-12) $10.

America - Saturday, July 3
|
 |
The world discovered America in 1972
when a nameless horse began its gallop across the international airwaves. A
Horse With No Name made America a household name, paving the
way for an impressive string of hits following in its wake. I Need You,
Ventura Highway, Tin Man, Lonely People, and Sister Golden Hair were
cornerstones of 70's Top 40 rock radio. America’s songs are
classics, not oldies; their extraordinary four-decade musical legacy of
consummately crafted pop/rock songs, trademark lush harmonies and evocative
lyrical landscapes will never go out of style.
Fireworks display immediately following the concert.
Gates open at 5:00 PM. Concert at 7:00 PM.
Adults $30. Members $27. Kids (3-12) $10.

The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie - Sunday, August 1
|
 |
From their early days as a college-based surf
instrumental group, the early Turtles switched to beat music
during 1964 in imitation of the Beatles. Their first concert appearance was
before 50,000 fans at the Rose Bowl, opening for Herman's Hermits. The group
transcended many styles: from the outright protest rock of It Ain't Me Babe
to the candy-coated good-time sounds of You Baby to the outright pop
of Happy Together to the satire of She'd Rather Be With Me and Elenore
to psychedelic and pop of You Know What I Mean. After the demise of
the original short-lived Turtles band, “Flo” and “Eddie” later
joined Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention, and ultimately revived the band
known as The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie,
