Fall Into Yoga

Fall is the season of transformation - and the perfect time to reboot and refocus your mind and body! Experience the beauty and serenity of Hudson Gardens during the change of seasons with these yoga classes, which are designed to restore your sense of relaxation and well-being. Sessions are led by registered yoga instructors who offer their own individual styles to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus. Participants with all levels of experience are invited to attend.

 

Classes will be held in the Welcome Garden Pavilion which offers spectacular garden views and open-air accommodations, weather permitting. Drop-ins welcomed. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class and bring a yoga mat.
