Yoga in The Gardens

Start your morning with the relaxing and restorative benefits of a one-hour yoga class, surrounded by the natural beauty of Hudson Gardens. Designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus, each class will borrow from the instructor’s experience and may incorporate poses from various Yoga styles. Please bring a mat, towel, and water bottle and wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Participants with all levels of experience are invited to attend. 

Classes will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Drop-ins welcome. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class.
